FAQ
The service fee is an additional charge of $4.75 + tax added to the price of the tickets. Akadi Lumina and Le Pays de la Sagouine, like many other cultural and tourism operators, add this amount, part of which helps cover various administrative and technological expenses related to ticket sales and management systems. The improvement fee also funds additions and enhancements to the Akadi Lumina experience, as well as the replacement of certain equipment.

The Akadi Lumina experience runs even if it rains, so be sure to bring a raincoat. Please note that umbrellas are not allowed as they can obstruct other participants' experience and may cause injuries due to close proximity. Once inside the Akadi Lumina forest, the trees help control the flow of water, and you'll be sheltered from the rain while experiencing the trail in a unique way.
